Nybyggerne

Nybyggerne is a Danish reality show airing on TV2 and TV2 Play where four couples compete to design and decorate identical houses from scratch. Each week, they renovate a new room on a set budget, aiming to impress both judges and viewers.

The couple with the best overall home wins - and gets to keep the house. The show combines interior design, creativity, and personal storytelling, offering both inspiration and high-stakes competition.

OUR WORK

We created the illustrations, animations and compositing for each episode, visually communicating the participants’ renovation plans and helping the audience clearly understand what they aimed to build.

OUR APPROACH

As part of our process, we crafted before-and-after visuals and animated the participants’ renovation plans as they unfolded directly onto the rooms.

Each sequence was carefully timed and animated to enhance clarity and impact, resulting in a look that was both polished and expressive - and keeping the audience visually engaged throughout.
