THE SETTING
Tech-based societies of the future are already being built, both visibly and invisibly. Many are based on ideologies promoting freedom from government control and a new way for humans to thrive.
The Floating World uses seasteading to explore this, an example of a self-governed floating community existing away from the regulations and media that shape life today.
